About Our Team: Ray Irving
Ray began his career in 1975, when he joined his father Henry in the San Francisco office of PPS at the age of 23. In the ensuing four decades, Ray has personally appraised and/or sold more than 1,500 practices — with selling prices ranging from $25,000 to $23.1 Million.
Ray’s strengths are his candor; attention to detail; uncovering the not-so-obvious facts in order to make the appropriate disclosures; thorough and accurate financial assessments; astute understanding of the ever-changing marketplace with strong influences by Delta Dental and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs); crafting successful marketing plans; developing and maintaining relationships with allied professionals; keeping in close contact with clients; resolving conflicts and facilitating quick sales — all while transacting the sale in such a manner that minimizes post-sale issues.
